Role Description and Overview

This entry-level position requires exceptional enthusiasm, a strong team spirit, and a desire to deliver outstanding service. No prior aviation experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided.

Career Development and Training

The journey to becoming a certified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive, six-week internationally recognized training course. This intensive program is designed to equip recruits with the fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day operation of delivering top-class safety and customer service. Training culminates in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of certified Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

Candidates must strictly satisfy the following mandatory criteria:

  • Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height must be within the range of approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Proficiency in the English language, demonstrated by comfort in speaking and writing with ease.
  • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory for safety protocols.
  • Willingness to adapt to a shift roster, which includes early morning duties (reporting as early as 5:00 AM) and late shifts (concluding near midnight).
  • A strong preference is given to candidates who are hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and possess a proactive 'can do' attitude towards providing excellent customer service.
  • A genuine passion for travel and interacting with diverse people.
