Position Overview

Successful applicants will serve as vital members of the cabin crew, responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. The position requires adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to the highest standards of service. This role offers significant growth opportunities, ranging from senior cabin crew positions to leadership roles within the inflight operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a premium safety and customer service experience to all passengers.
  • Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.

  • Adapting to a shift roster including early and late duties.

Training and Development:

A comprehensive six-week training program is provided to equip successful applicants with the necessary skills and knowledge. This includes in-depth training on safety protocols, customer service techniques, and emergency procedures. Regular examinations will assess comprehension throughout the course, which culminates with Supernumerary flights before being awarded official Cabin Crew Wings.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Candidates must meet height requirements, typically between 157 cm and 188 cm.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, with an outgoing and friendly disposition.
  • Adaptable to working rotating shift patterns.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive 'can do' approach.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • A demonstrable passion for travel and meeting new people.
