Cabin Crew Opportunity with Europe's Largest Airline Group

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated individual to join a team of over 16,000 cabin crew members within Ryanair's expansive network, serving over 600,000 guests on over 3,600 flights daily. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service while upholding the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Cabin Crew, the individual will be an integral part of the inflight experience. The role requires the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, maintain composure under pressure and ensure the well-being of all passengers. The individual will be expected to embrace the company's culture from the start and should be prepared for early and late shifts, starting as early as 5 AM and ending as late as midnight.

Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another individual in the water.
  • A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly disposition.
  • Adaptability to working a shift roster.
  • A genuine passion for customer service with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Comfort in both spoken and written English, with the ability to pass an English language assessment.
  • A strong desire to travel and engage with diverse cultures.

Training:

Comprehensive, world-leading training is provided completely free of charge. This training will impart all necessary skills to ensure the delivery of a safe and exceptional inflight experience. Upon successful completion, new crew members will be awarded their "Cabin Crew Wings".
