Cabin Crew members are central to delivering best-in-class customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights.

The successful candidate will become part of a network of over 16,000 dedicated Cabin Crew professionals, operating from 90+ operational bases. This pivotal position contributes directly to the airline’s mission of connecting passengers to over 250 destinations throughout Europe and beyond, upholding Ryanair’s reputation for excellence in the global aviation industry.

While life as a Cabin Crew member is fun and rewarding, it is also a demanding position where safety is paramount. The role requires adaptability to operate both early and late shifts, potentially reporting for duty as early as 5:00 AM or returning home past midnight. Candidate Requirements

  • Possesses the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height between approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Capable of swimming 25 meters unaided and while supporting another person.
  • Demonstrates a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and willing to work a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • Exhibits a passion for delivering excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude, and enjoys engaging with the public.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, with the ability to successfully pass a mandatory English Language Assessment.
  • Possesses a genuine enthusiasm for travelling and meeting new people.
