The role necessitates flexibility, involving both early and late shifts, with duty reports as early as 5:00 AM for morning rosters and return times extending past midnight for afternoon rosters. Prospective candidates should possess strong customer orientation, enthusiasm, and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

Applicants are required to successfully complete mandatory English proficiency and situational judgment tests as part of the application process. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from further consideration.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • A height between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") is required.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided, and while supporting another individual.
  • Demonstrates a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a variable shift roster.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude when interacting with the public.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for travel and engaging with diverse individuals.
