About You: Key Qualifications and Attributes

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: A natural communicator with a passion for delivering top-tier service and ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout their journey.
• Hospitality and Warmth: A person ready to embody the "Hafawa" hospitality, ensuring all passengers feel safe and secure, regardless of their destination.
• Adventurous Spirit and Teamwork: An individual with an adventurous heart, a strong team player, eager to represent Riyadh Air, embrace new experiences, and ensure passengers' safety from takeoff to landing.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a distinct advantage for welcoming a diverse global clientele.
• Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm with an arm reach of 212 cm to effectively access overhead compartments and emergency equipment.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Swimming Proficiency: Must be confident and able to swim with a flotation device in emergency situations.
• Professional Appearance: A polished and professional presentation is required, with no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Visa and Relocation: Must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• Educational Background: A high school certificate or higher is mandatory.
• Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is required, demonstrating a capability for providing a warm and welcoming service.
