- Facilitate efficient and orderly passenger boarding and deboarding processes.
- Execute professional in-flight service, including the sale and distribution of food, beverages, and duty-free products.
- Address passenger requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Perform comprehensive pre-flight safety and security checks.
- Contribute to the tidiness and efficient restocking of the aircraft cabin between flights.
- Actively engage in mandatory ongoing training and professional development programs.

Requirements:
- Possession of a minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
- Ability to meet flyadeal's specified Body Mass Index (BMI) requirements.
- Minimum height requirement of 160 cm.
- Minimum arm span of 212 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Capability to pass a comprehensive medical examination.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the official cabin crew uniform.
- Sound dental health.
- Possession of a valid passport and the willingness to undertake frequent international travel.
- Eligibility to travel on all routes and to all destinations operated by flyadeal.
- Ability to swim 50 meters unassisted.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
- Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
