II. Role Overview: World-Class Cabin Crew

Riyadh Air is seeking highly motivated and exceptional individuals to join its world-class Cabin Crew team. The Cabin Crew Member serves as the primary brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and exceptional comfort of all guests onboard. This role requires an unwavering commitment to service excellence, upholding Riyadh Air's renowned "Hafawa" (hospitality) magic, and executing all duties with the highest regard for regulatory safety standards. Successful candidates will participate in comprehensive training, preparing them to confidently manage all situational requirements and contribute to a seamless, memorable passenger experience while proudly representing the airline's iconic, Paris-inspired cabin fashion.

III. Key Responsibilities

The successful Cabin Crew Member will be expected to:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers from boarding through disembarkation, prioritizing the efficient use of safety and emergency equipment.
  • Deliver bespoke, world-class customer service, anticipating guest needs and addressing inquiries with professionalism, genuine care, and adherence to the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all inflight safety procedures, emergency protocols, and regulatory requirements, executing these confidently in all situations.
  • Act as the face of Riyadh Air, consistently maintaining a polished and professional image in line with the airline's established standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a diverse, global team, fostering an environment of professionalism, efficiency, and positive support.
  • Contribute actively to the creation of memorable passenger moments, elevating the journey experience for every guest.

IV. Candidate Profile and Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess a passion for service excellence, an adventurous spirit, and the essential skills required to manage safety and hospitality in a fast-paced environment. Mandatory requirements include:

Experience & Education Minimum of one (1) year of demonstrable experience in a premium hospitality or customer-facing role is required. A High School Certificate (or equivalent) is the minimum educational requirement.
Age & Physical Standards Must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of application. Minimum height requirement of 160 cm, with an arm reach of 212 cm (essential for accessing safety equipment and overhead bins).
Safety Competence Confidence in water is mandatory; must be able to swim with a flotation device in emergency situations.
Communication Skills Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in additional international languages is highly desirable for welcoming our global guests.
Professional Appearance Commitment to maintaining a polished and professional image, with no visible tattoos or body piercings when in uniform.
Relocation & Visa Status Must satisfy all requirements for a Saudi employment visa and possess the flexibility to relocate permanently to Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which will serve as the operational base.
