Rampart Aviation | Captain

Rampart Aviation seeks a highly skilled Pilot in Command to join its team. This individual will be responsible for performing Pilot In Command duties for Rampart flight operations, utilizing a fleet of turboprop aircraft. Experience with multi-engine turboprop aircraft is essential; experience with the Casa 212 or DHC-4 Caribou is highly desirable. The position is based near Tucson, AZ (KMZJ), requiring the successful candidate to reside in the area. While primarily a CONUS-based role, short-term deployments may be necessary. Flight operations are conducted under both Part 135 and 91 regulations, and all duties must be performed in strict accordance with Company Operations Manuals, Military Operations Procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Required Qualifications:

The candidate must possess the following Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Pilot Ratings:

• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Commercial Multi-engine Land certification.
• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII), and Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) ratings are highly advantageous.
• A valid First or Second Class Medical Certificate is mandatory.

Preferred Minimum Flight Experience:

• A minimum of 1000 hours of total flight time is preferred.
• A minimum of 250 hours of multi-engine flight time is preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

• The candidate must hold a valid US Passport.
• A valid US Driver's License is required.
• The candidate must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• The candidate must be a US citizen.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance is essential, with a Secret Personal Security Clearance strongly preferred.
