RTX Corporation seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a Rotary-Wing Executive Aircraft Captain within its Corporate Flight Operations team. This pivotal role involves performing Pilot-in-Command duties aboard RTX-owned or leased aircraft, primarily the Leonardo AW-139, to safely and efficiently transport company personnel and customers. The position is a full-time, onsite role based out of the RTX Flight Operations facility in East Granby, Connecticut (BDL).
This is an onsite position based at 200 Signature Way, East Granby, CT, 06026 USA. All RTFlight pilots are required to maintain their primary residence within one hour driving distance of their assigned base of operations in East Granby, CT.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring company immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship or seek an export authorization for this role. Security Clearance is not required.

The salary range for this role is estimated to be between $147,000 USD and $295,000 USD, dependent on various factors including experience, education, skills, and location.
