Captain, Executive Aircraft
RTFlight, the corporate flight department for RTX, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Captain to join its Falcon 2000LXS aircraft fleet. This opportunity is based out of Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.

The Role:
This position plays a critical role in supporting RTX's executive leadership by ensuring seamless and safe air travel. The Captain will operate under the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Pilot-in-Command on RTFlight owned or leased aircraft, transporting passengers and materials while maintaining situational awareness at all times.
- Execute all flights in strict accordance with FAA regulations, RTFlight procedures, and the highest safety protocols.
- Utilize advanced flight planning and Crew Resource Management skills to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems, flight procedures, SOPs, FARs, and ICAO regulations.
- Exercise sound judgment in making critical in-flight and ground decisions.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to fellow crew members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
- Maintain all necessary flight currency requirements and actively participate in company-sponsored training programs.
- Ensure compliance with RTX and government regulations regarding safety, ethics, and diversity.
- Be available for worldwide travel, including destinations in the Middle East, as required.
Qualifications:
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3,500 hours of pilot flight experience is required.
- Proven technical expertise on the assigned aircraft type.
- A demonstrable history of adherence to FAA regulations and company policies.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating Falcon 2000 aircraft with EASy avionics is highly desirable.
- Pilots with helicopter experience may be considered for dual-rated assignments.
- Exceptional decision-making abilities in both normal and emergency situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Residence within one hour's drive of Bradley International Airport (BDL).
