Responsible for the safe transport of P&G personnel and their guests on domestic and international flights. Work with other crewmembers, maintenance personnel, flight planning vendor and scheduling to ensure all trip aspects meet regulatory requirements. Work with other crew members using Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills to build a highly functioning, mission-oriented team. As part of the team, they will provide the flexibility, security, and support for our executive's need to conduct business worldwide, as well as work together towards the common goal of building a safe, efficient, consistent, and enjoyable experience for our users. May be assigned projects and collaborate with the team members on various exciting and innovative projects to maintain, grow and evolve our aviation program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Be responsible for flight planning, domestic and international
* Transport company personnel to destinations
* Review weather and functional requirements for each flight
* Participate on future planning, training, and management teams
* Communicate with passengers on a professional level to ensure their safety and comfort
* Work with other company pilots, schedulers, and maintenance personnel in a crew concept
BASIC PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Fly an airplane

* Repetitively grasp and use small lightweight items
* Operate a computer
* Communicate using a telephone
* Work the number of hours and/or schedule as outlined in the job description and travel with overnight stays
Qualifications
Starting Salary Range: $155-220K
