Reporting directly to the Assistant Chief Pilot, the 703/704 Captain assumes a critical role in the safe and efficient transportation of thousands of passengers annually. The primary responsibility of this position is the meticulous and safe conduct of each flight, with an unwavering focus on passenger comfort and adherence to scheduled timelines. The successful candidate will embody professionalism, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of flight operations.

Essential Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Current Group 1 Instrument Rating is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid Category 1 Medical Certificate.
• A minimum of 500 hours of experience piloting turbine-powered aircraft is required.

Candidate Attributes:

• Must possess fluency in the English language.
• Must demonstrate effective verbal communication and listening comprehension abilities.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining all necessary transportation and security clearances and authorizations.

Highly Valued Attributes:

Completion of Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training is considered an asset.
