Pentastar Aviation is seeking a highly qualified Pilot-in-Command for a Challenger 300 aircraft, based in Waterford, MI. This individual is responsible for the safety of passengers and crew, as well as ensuring the comfortable and timely operation of the aircraft. The Pilot-in-Command will supervise the flight crew and ensure compliance with all FAA regulations for both flight and ground operations. This role involves determining flight routes, speed, and takeoff/landing times to meet scheduling requirements, and making critical decisions regarding potential delays, rerouting, or flight cancellations. When not actively flying, the pilot may also perform other general departmental duties. Preference will be given to candidates who are current and qualified. The selected pilot must reside within two hours of Waterford, MI, and can anticipate flying approximately 175-200 hours annually.
