First Officer, Pilatus PC-24 - Air Medical Operations (Houston, TX)

Job Summary:

This position is for a First Officer (SIC) supporting PHI Air Medical Airplane Air Ambulance (HAA) operations under CAMTS guidelines. The role involves flying the Pilatus PC-24 aircraft as part of a two-pilot crew. Operations are conducted on a 24-hour basis with day/night rotations. An Instrument Rating (IFR) is required. A one-year minimum service commitment applies if the successful applicant requires aircraft transition. A two-year minimum service commitment applies if a relocation package is utilized. Housing is not provided.

Responsibilities:

The First Officer will perform line pilot duties in accordance with the General Operations Manual (GOM). Key responsibilities include supporting the Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other company safety campaigns. The First Officer works with both internal and external customers to provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service. Some lifting is required to assist in the loading and unloading of patients and equipment. Participation in community outreach programs and adherence to PHI Air Medical policies are also required.

Schedule/Location:

The standard schedule is 7 days on, followed by 7 days off. The pilot must reside within a one-hour commute from the Houston, TX base.
