Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Clean criminal record
- Preferably holds a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
- Possesses a valid medical certificate (or ability to obtain one)
- Holds an unrestricted passport allowing visa-free entry to Norwegian's destinations
- Possesses a valid working permit for Norway
- Willing to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Over 20 years of age
- At least 160 cm tall or able to reach 210 cm on tiptoes
- Proficient in swimming
- Preferably speaks a Scandinavian language and is fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Lives within 90 minutes of Oslo or is willing to relocate

Safety is paramount at Norwegian. Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Approved medical certificate (including alcohol/intoxication screening)
- Approved background check for airport security clearance
- Successful completion of the Cabin Crew training course
