Essential Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills, characterized by confidence, a sense of fun, and a dedication to exceeding expectations
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with both customers and colleagues
- Effective planning and organizational abilities, paired with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and think critically under pressure
- Reliability and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work full-time with irregular working hours
- Energy, resilience, and a willingness to embrace challenges
- Clean criminal record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
- Valid medical certificate (previous experience preferred) or the ability to obtain one
- Unrestricted passport permitting visa-free entry to Norwegian destinations
- Valid working permit in Norway
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Minimum age of 20 years
- Minimum height of 160 cm (5'3") with the ability to reach 210 cm (6'11") on tiptoes
- Swimming proficiency
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in a Scandinavian language
- Residence within 90 minutes of Oslo or willingness to relocate
Safety Requirements:
- Approved medical certificate, including an intoxication/alcohol test
- Approved background check for an admission card
- Successful completion of the mandatory training course
