The Cabin Crew Professional Role

Beyond traditional in-flight service, the Cabin Crew Member is recognized as a versatile, multi-skilled professional. The duties often require expertise comparable to that of a safety officer, first responder, customer care specialist, and security guardian. Minimum Candidate Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following prerequisite criteria for consideration:
- Possession of a clean criminal record is mandatory.
- A Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is preferable, though not always mandatory for entry.
- Must possess a valid medical certificate or be able to obtain one prior to employment.
- Must hold an unrestricted European passport, ensuring visa-free entry to all designated destinations.
- Must hold a valid work permit for Norway.
- Ability to successfully pass a mandatory pre-hiring drug and alcohol test.
- Must be over 20 years of age.
- Height must be above 160 cm, or the candidate must be able to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
- Must be proficient in swimming.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language is preferred.
- Must reside within 90 minutes of the Oslo base or be prepared to relocate.
- Tattoos are strictly prohibited on the face or neck. Tattoos on the hands or behind the ear must not exceed 1.5 cm in size.
- Preferably, completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track) or equivalent education level. Relevant experience in service professions may, in certain circumstances, be accepted as compensation for formal schooling.
