Norwegian is actively seeking motivated and passionate permanent Cabin Crew Members to join its team in Oslo, Norway. This role goes beyond traditional expectations, empowering individuals to be a nurse, psychologist, nanny, cleaner, chef, and security guard, ensuring a fantastic, safe, and memorable experience for passengers.

Comprehensive training will be provided to all successful candidates, regardless of prior industry experience, preparing them for official certification and integration into a close-knit team of 2,500 cabin crew members.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Willing to work a rotating schedule covering 24/7 shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
  • Holds a clean criminal record
  • Preferably holds a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
  • Possesses or can obtain a valid medical certificate
  • Holds a European unrestricted passport offering visa-free entry to destinations
  • Has a valid work permit for Norway
  • Can pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Is over 20 years of age
  • Is at least 160 cm tall or can reach 210 cm on tiptoes
  • Can swim
  • Preferably fluent in a Scandinavian language
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Resides within 90 minutes of the chosen base or is willing to relocate
  • Has no visible tattoos on the face or neck; hand or behind-the-ear tattoos must not exceed 1.5 cm in size
  • Preferably completed upper secondary education (academic or practical track) or equivalent; relevant service experience may compensate for formal schooling.

Requirements Upon Selection:

  • An approved medical certificate, including intoxication/alcohol testing
  • An approved background check for admission card issuance
  • Successful completion of the comprehensive training course
