Training & Professional Development

Essential Qualifications & Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a clean criminal record.
- A valid medical certificate, or the ability to obtain one.
- An unrestricted passport allowing visa-free entry to Norwegian destinations.
- A valid work permit for Norway.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Minimum age of 20 years.
- Minimum height of 160 cm, or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
- Ability to swim proficiently.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Residency within 90 minutes of the Bergen base or a willingness to relocate.
- No visible tattoos on the face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind the ear must not exceed 1.5 cm.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is preferred.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
Post-Selection Requirements
Selected candidates will be required to obtain:
- An approved medical certificate, including intoxication/alcohol testing.
- A successful background check to secure an airport admission card.
- Successful completion of Norwegian's comprehensive training course.
