Cabin Crew Training Lead

This pivotal role is ideal for a seasoned Cabin Crew Ground Instructor prepared to advance their career by supporting Cabin Crew Training management functions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor to ensure all Cabin Crew Instructors uphold an exceptional level of competence and expertise in their respective instructional domains.
- Provide comprehensive assistance to the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor in the oversight of all Norwegian Air Operator Certificate (NO AOC) training activities.
- Support the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor in conducting departmental compliance checks and meticulously evaluate all cabin crew training syllabi, operational procedures, and training aids to guarantee conformity with regulatory standards.
- Act as a deputy for the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor as required, assuming leadership responsibilities in their absence.
- Contribute to the professional development and coaching of new Ground Instructors under the guidance of the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor.
- Aid in the development and refinement of innovative training materials to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of crew training programs.
Required Qualifications and Certifications
- Certified Cabin Crew Instructor.
- Certified Dangerous Goods Instructor.
- Certified Crew Resource Management (CRM) Instructor with a minimum of three years' experience, demonstrating the capability to provide recurrent CRM qualification training for other instructors.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Cabin Crew Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM).
- A minimum of three years of dedicated experience in Cabin Crew Training.
