Employment Details

SAS operates through three owned subsidiaries: SAS Scandinavia, SAS Connect, and SAS Link, offering exciting career opportunities within these structures. Positions include permanent roles and employment in configurations such as 100% and Flex 75/90%. The Flex option entails an annual workload of 82.5%, based on working 75% during autumn/winter and 90% during spring/summer seasons.

Recruitment for these Cabin Crew positions will take place based on operational needs, with the first training courses scheduled for October and the last courses set for June 2026. Candidates should be aware that response times may be longer than usual. If an applicant has not received a rejection, their application is still considered applicable.

Recruitment Journey

  1. **Application:** Upon completion of the application, candidate skills and experience are assessed.
  2. **Online Assessment:** Candidates deemed suitable will be required to complete a digital video assessment involving answering pre-set questions.
  3. **Assessment Center:** Successful applicants from the online assessment stage will receive an invitation to attend an assessment day.
  4. **Pre-employment Checks:** Before an employment offer can be extended, candidates must successfully complete various checks, including reference checks, a criminal record check, security clearance, a medical examination, and drug and alcohol tests.
  5. **Cabin Crew Training:** Candidates who have met all preceding requirements will commence a comprehensive 4-week Cabin Crew training program designed to prepare them for a rewarding career in the sky.
