Offering a permanent seasonal contract, Norwegian welcomes both inexperienced and experienced candidates to undergo an intensive training course, culminating in official certification. Under the guidance of Norwegian's dedicated training department, successful candidates will join a team of 2,500 cabin crew members and take flight towards a fulfilling career in aviation.
To qualify, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Spanish ID or NIE number
- Possess a Spanish Social Security number
- Be at least 20 years of age
- Be taller than 160 cm or able to reach 210 cm when standing on tiptoes
- Be able to swim
- Possess a clean criminal record
- Hold an unrestricted passport permitting visa-free entry to Norwegian's destinations
- Hold a valid working permit for Spain
- Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
- Hold a valid medical certificate or be able to obtain one
- Be willing to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English
- Ideally reside within a 90-minute radius of the Palma base

Successful candidates will also be required to:
- Obtain an approved medical certificate, including an alcohol and drug test
- Undergo and pass a background check for an admission card
- Successfully complete the training course
