  • Are capable of working a 24/7 rotating roster, which includes early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.

Minimum Requirements

Prospective candidates are expected to meet the following essential criteria:

  • Possess a clean criminal record.
  • Preferably hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
  • Possess a valid medical certificate or demonstrate the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
  • Hold a European unrestricted passport that grants visa-free entry to Norwegian's destinations.
  • Possess a valid work permit for Spain.
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug and alcohol test as part of the pre-hiring process.
  • Must be at least 20 years of age.
  • A minimum height of 160 cm is required, or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
  • Must be able to swim confidently.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Reside within 90 minutes of the Palma de Mallorca base or be willing to relocate to meet this requirement.
  • No visible tattoos are permitted on the face or neck. Tattoos on hands or behind the ear must not exceed 1.5 cm in size.
  • Preferably, have completed upper secondary school, either in an academic or practical training track, or possess other education at an equivalent level. Relevant experience in service professions may, in some cases, compensate for formal schooling.
