About the Role:

This multifaceted role extends beyond traditional flight attendant duties, often requiring individuals to act as a primary responder, service provider, and security professional, ensuring passenger comfort and safety at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a genuine passion for engaging with people and delivering outstanding service. Candidates should be excited by the adventure of travel and new experiences, and comfortable working a 24/7 rotating roster, which includes early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.

Essential Requirements:

• A clean criminal record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid medical certificate, including passing intoxication/alcohol testing.
• Hold a European unrestricted passport that allows visa-free entry to Norwegian’s destinations.
• Possess a valid work permit for Spain.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Minimum age of 20 years.
• Minimum height of 160 cm, or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
• Proficiency in swimming.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Resides within 90 minutes of the Malaga base or demonstrates willingness to relocate.
• No visible tattoos on the face or neck. Tattoos on hands or behind the ear must not exceed 1.5 cm.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possession of a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
• Completion of upper secondary school, either an academic or practical training track, or other education at an equivalent level. Relevant experience in service professions may be considered in lieu of formal schooling in some cases.

Post-Selection Requirements:

Successful candidates, upon selection, will be required to:

• Obtain an approved medical certificate, including intoxication/alcohol testing.
• Undergo an approved background check to obtain an much-needed admission card.
• Successfully complete Norwegian’s comprehensive training course.
