The role requires punctual attendance, adherence to grooming standards, maintaining fitness, and ensuring all legal requirements are met. Attendance at pre-flight briefings is mandatory.
This position includes instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), administering first aid as needed, and promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions.
Responsibilities include welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding, accurately recording data, providing outstanding customer service, assisting passengers experiencing stress or difficulty, and actively contributing to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program. Secure handling of cash and credit card payments is also required.
Pre-flight checks are essential. Reporting of any deficiencies is required. This role includes assisting in ensuring thorough aircraft cabin cleaning, re-catering, and restocking duty-free products. Orderly handover/takeover procedures must be followed. Post-flight briefing and assessment reports must be completed accurately. The cabin crew member will be accountable to the Cabin Supervisor and will assume the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated. Maintaining professional and safety knowledge through recurrent trainings and license updates is crucial. Finally, the candidate will contribute to the team effort by achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
