The airline is seeking to welcome new seasonal permanent Cabin Crew members to join the team in Barcelona. For a Cabin Crew member, the role involves going the extra mile to create a fantastic, safe, and memorable experience, with passengers at the heart of every action.
Norwegian is currently seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join its family. As a member of the crew, the individual will serve in multiple capacities beyond that of a traditional flight attendant, acting at times as a nurse, psychologist, nanny, cleaner, chef, and security guard, reflecting the diverse demands of the role.
Comprehensive training is provided to fully prepare individuals for the role, whether they are new to the industry or experienced professionals. Upon successful completion of the training course, candidates will receive official certification and become part of a close-knit team of 2,500 cabin crew members.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a clean criminal record.
- Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
- Hold a valid medical certificate or be able to obtain one.
- Possess a European unrestricted passport offering visa-free entry to Norwegian destinations.
- Hold a valid work permit for Spain.
- Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring.
- Be over 20 years old.
- Be above 160 cm in height or be able to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
- Be able to swim.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Reside within 90 minutes of the Barcelona base or be willing to relocate.
- Have no tattoos on the face or neck, and tattoos on hands or behind the ear must not be larger than 1.5 CM.
- Preferably, have completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track) or other education at an equivalent level. Relevant experience in service professions may, in some cases, compensate for completed schooling.

Selected candidates will be required to obtain:
- An approved medical certificate, including intoxication/alcohol testing.
- An approved background check to obtain an admission card.
- Successful completion of the airline's training course.
