Key Responsibilities and Role Overview
This multifaceted role extends beyond traditional flight attendant duties, requiring adaptability, compassion, and vigilance. Cabin Crew members may at times embody the roles of a medical assistant, empathetic listener, childcare provider, diligent maintainer of cabin cleanliness, service provider, and a vigilant security presence, reflecting the comprehensive nature of the profession. A comprehensive training course prepares all successful candidates for the role, culminating in official certification and integration into a close-knit team of 2,500 cabin crew members.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for aviation and customer service, coupled with a resilient and adaptable approach. Essential qualifications and attributes include:
Essential Qualifications:
- A clean criminal record is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid medical certificate or the ability to obtain one.
- A European unrestricted passport, enabling visa-free entry to Norwegian's destinations.
- A valid work permit for Spain.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Minimum age of 20 years.
- A height of at least 160 cm, or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
- Proficiency in swimming.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Residence within 90 minutes of the Barcelona base or a willingness to relocate.
- Absence of tattoos on the face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind the ear must not exceed 1.5 cm.
Desired Qualifications & Attributes:
- A Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is preferred.
- Completion of upper secondary school (academic or practical track) or equivalent education is preferred. Relevant experience in service professions may, in certain circumstances, be considered as compensation for formal schooling.
