Qualifications and Requirements
Prospective candidates are considered ideal if they meet the following criteria:
- Possess a clean criminal record.
- Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
- Hold a valid medical certificate or are able to obtain one.
- Possess a European unrestricted passport offering visa-free entry to Norwegian's destinations.
- Hold a valid work permit for Spain.
- Are able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Are over 20 years of age.
- Meet the height requirement of 160 cm or can reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
- Are able to swim.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Reside within a 90-minute commute of the Barcelona base or are willing to relocate.
- Have no visible tattoos on the face or neck. Tattoos on hands or behind the ear must not exceed 1.5 cm.
- Have preferably completed upper secondary school (academic or vocational track) or possess equivalent education. Relevant service industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal schooling.
This is a permanent seasonal contract position.
