First Officer (Pilatus PC-24)

We are seeking a professional and safety-conscious First Officer to join our flight operations team. The successful candidate will serve as the Second-in-Command (SIC) of the Pilatus PC-24, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transport of time-sensitive medical cargo. This role requires a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and operational excellence while supporting the Captain in all phases of flight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Second-in-Command on the Pilatus PC-24, ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of all flight assignments.
  • Assist the Captain in all phases of operation, including pre-flight planning, in-flight duties, and post-flight procedures.
  • Maintain operational oversight of aircraft airworthiness, weight and balance, and cargo delivery schedules.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Company General Operations Manual (GOM), Operations specifications, Letters of Authorization (LOAs), FAA regulations, and all relevant flight and equipment manuals.
  • Collaborate with the clinical department and management to recommend process improvements, new tools, and the development of clinical services.
  • Support clinical team members and management in establishing methods and procedures for new operational tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional aviation experience.
  • Possession of a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Land and Instrument ratings.
  • 3–5 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Minimum of 1,200 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
  • Minimum of 200 hours of turbine time.
  • Minimum of 100 hours of multi-engine time.
  • Working knowledge of FAA Part 135 and Part 91 regulations, flight planning software, Electronic Flight Bags (EFB), and Microsoft Office.

Compensation is determined based on several factors, including location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget, and internal equity.
