First Officer (Pilatus PC-24)

We are seeking a professional First Officer to serve as Second-in-Command on the Pilatus PC-24. The successful candidate will support the Captain in all aspects of flight operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transport of time-sensitive medical cargo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain responsibility for the safe and efficient conduct of all assigned flights.
  • Assist the Captain with comprehensive pre-flight planning, in-flight operations, and post-flight procedures.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Company General Operations Manual (GOM), Operations specifications, Letters of Authorization (LOAs), FAA regulations, and all applicable aircraft manuals.
  • Collaborate with the clinical department and management to provide recommendations for process improvements, new tools, and the development of clinical services.
  • Support clinical team members and management in the determination of methods and procedures for new operational tasks.
  • Oversee aircraft airworthiness, weight and balance calculations, and the timely delivery of sensitive medical air cargo.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Land and Instrument ratings.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Flight experience requirements: 1,200 hours total time; 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time; 200 hours turbine time; 100 hours multi-engine time.
  • Proficiency in FAA Part 135 and 91 regulations, flight planning software, electronic flight bags (EFB), and Microsoft Office.
