Position Summary
Executive Jet Management is actively seeking highly qualified candidates for a Pilot in Command position operating a Gulfstream G280 aircraft based at KLAS (Las Vegas, Nevada). This presents a unique opportunity to join a dedicated 3-pilot crew, supported by a professional maintenance technician and cabin attendant, on a well-established Part 91 account. With an annual flight schedule of under 200 hours, this role offers a consistent yet low-demand flying environment, promoting an ideal balance between professional commitments and personal life. This position requires residency in or relocation to the Las Vegas area; it is not a commutable position. The Pilot in Command bears the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the aircraft is operated safely, compliantly, and efficiently, adhering to all company and regulatory requirements while consistently providing an exceptional service experience to clients.
Key Responsibilities
The Pilot in Command's duties encompass critical aspects of aircraft operation, safety, and client service:

Ensuring the Safe Operation of Flight:
- Ensuring crew scheduling and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Completing all required flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance tasks for each assignment.
- Leading pre-flight and in-flight briefings using the Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to effectively mitigate operational risks.
- Strictly complying with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinating with relevant company personnel as required.
- Acting as the designated Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator in accordance with company policy.
- Conducting comprehensive aircraft pre-flight inspections, including verifying maintenance status, to ensure the aircraft is mission capable.
- Accurately recording all aircraft discrepancies following company SOPs.
- Monitoring and overseeing all aircraft ground servicing activities (e.g., fueling, oil, oxygen) to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Performing thorough passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulations.
- Providing the highest level of customer service and accommodating any special needs of passengers.
- Utilizing Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) principles for clear and timely communication with the crew and support personnel during all phases of operation.

Delivering an Exceptional Service Experience:
- Providing quality service to aircraft owners and passengers.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience and promptly investigating and resolving any service deviations.
- Collaborating effectively with fellow crew members and internal EJM teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience for clients.
- Resolving conflicts and challenges in a professional and acceptable manner.

Maintaining Proficiency and Compliance:
- Ensuring all regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience are maintained as current.
- Complying fully with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program.
- Reporting safety or non-compliance concerns through the appropriate designated channels.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in corporate or business aviation is required.
- A Gulfstream G280 type rating is preferred.
- Ability to reside in or relocate to the Las Vegas Area is mandatory.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Minimum Flight Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
