Challenger 300 First Officer Position - Executive Jet Management
Executive Jet Management (EJM), a subsidiary of NetJets and a pioneer in aircraft management and worldwide jet charter services since 1977, is seeking a qualified First Officer to join a dedicated team operating a Challenger 300 aircraft based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (KFXE). This is a Part 91 and 135 operation, requiring the First Officer to work collaboratively with the Pilot in Command (PIC) to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft.

Responsibilities:
- Safe Operation of Flight: The First Officer will contribute to a safe flight environment by assisting the PIC in ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements, completing flight planning and performance tasks, participating in pre-flight briefings, and adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). They will also be responsible for monitoring aircraft ground servicing requirements and passenger briefings, ensuring a high standard of safety and customer service.
- Exceptional Service Experience: The First Officer will play a crucial role in providing a positive service experience for the owner and passengers, collaborating with fellow crew members and EJM partners to ensure consistency and resolve any service deviations.
- Proficiency and Compliance: The First Officer is expected to maintain currency in regulatory and company-required training, adhering to the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program and promptly reporting any safety concerns or non-compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- Certifications and Licenses: FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is required.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience as a First Officer is necessary. Prior experience in corporate/business aviation is highly preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong preference will be given to candidates with a Challenger 300/350 type rating.
- Minimum Time Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2,000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
