Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company with over 40 years of experience as the industry's largest and safest aircraft management company, is seeking a highly qualified Pilot in Command for a Challenger 300 aircraft based in Dallas, TX (KDAL).

The selected candidate will join a team of three Captains, primarily serving the aircraft owner(s) with limited Part 135 charter operations.

The Role:
The Pilot in Command (PIC) holds the ultimate responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft. This includes meticulous adherence to all company and regulatory requirements while consistently delivering an exceptional service experience to owners and passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Safe Flight Operations: Manage crew assignments, flight planning, risk mitigation briefings, ground security, pre-flight procedures, and passenger safety briefings.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a seamless and personalized experience for owners and passengers, proactively identifying and addressing any service deviations.
- Maintain Proficiency and Compliance: Uphold all regulatory and company-mandated training requirements, actively participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS), and promptly report any safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in corporate/business aviation is required.
- FAA Type rating in CL300 is strongly preferred.
- International experience is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to meet the following minimum flight time requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
