About the Role

Northeastern Aviation, on behalf of its client Bond-Coat, is seeking a qualified Learjet 60XR Captain to join the flight department based in Odessa, Texas. This role is ideal for a pilot seeking stability and professionalism while supporting a privately held organization in the oil and gas sector. Candidates should reside in Houston or within commuting distance of Odessa/Midland.

Requirements

• Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours turbine time.
• Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Valid Passport.
• Ability to freely enter and exit all countries where company flight operations are conducted.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete a 10-year background investigation, pre-employment drug screen, and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and iPad-based aviation applications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in a similar Captain role is beneficial.
