Elevate Jet is seeking a highly qualified Boeing 757 Captain to support professional sports private carriage operations for the National Hockey League. This dedicated position provides scheduled team travel services in a mission-driven, high-performance environment.

Role Overview

The Boeing 757 Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of flights under 14 CFR Part 125. This role centers on providing reliable, professional, and discreet service to VIP passengers, requiring seamless coordination with dispatch, maintenance, and team logistics personnel. Pilots in this role will experience a predictable schedule tied to sports seasons, including approximately 65 overnights per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate the Boeing 757 in domestic and international operations under 14 CFR Part 125.
  • Execute scheduled team charters with a focus on on-time performance.
  • Coordinate flight requirements with dispatch, maintenance, and team logistics staff.
  • Ensure a professional, discreet, and service-oriented experience for all passengers.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory standards and company procedures.

Requirements

  • FAA ATP Certificate.
  • Minimum of 3,000 hours total time for Captain (1,500 hours for First Officer).
  • 1,000 hours total time in B-757.
  • Previous Part 121, 125, or equivalent airline/military flight experience.
  • Current or previous B-757 type rating (training may be provided for strong candidates).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required medical certification.
  • Valid US passport with at least one year remaining.
  • Ability to pass security and background checks, as well as non-DOT pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must reside within a two-hour drive of the CMH base (no relocation provided).
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Proof of certain vaccinations may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in charter, sports team, or VIP operations.
  • Strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills and customer-facing professionalism.
  • Current within one year in B-757 (Part 121 or 125).
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic operational environment.
