Job Summary

The Disney Aviation Group is seeking a dedicated Pilot Captain to join an innovative team of aviation experts. In this role, the Pilot Captain will operate corporate aircraft to provide safe, efficient, and timely global transportation, ensuring the organization remains competitive while upholding the highest standards of aviation safety.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command for worldwide flight operations.
  • Operate company aircraft safely and effectively by evaluating risks and strictly complying with domestic and international laws, regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Facilitate global business operations through the provision of timely and safe air transportation.
  • Execute assigned administrative duties and projects as directed.
  • Manage and utilize company resources and materials efficiently.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and efficiency of flight operations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Jet Captain with an FAR Part 91 or 135 Operator.
  • Current and qualified as a Pilot-in-Command in a multi-engine business jet.
  • Minimum of 4,000 hours total flying time.
  • Minimum of 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command in multi-engine turbojet aircraft.
  • Current FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with multi-engine rating.
  • At least one type rating in a business jet aircraft.
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Additional Qualifications

  • International operational experience.
  • Glass-cockpit experience.
  • Experience operating Gulfstream aircraft.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
  • Competency in using computers and general software applications.

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring range for this position in California is $247,900 to $332,400 per year. The final base pay offered will consider internal equity, geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and financial programs.
