Position Overview:
The Captain and First Officer will operate Moser Aviation's fleet of Nextant 400 aircraft, providing exceptional service to private jet charter customers. The company fosters a veteran-owned, military-friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Pilot in Command or Second in Command on flights.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to all FAA regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Captain:
- ATP Certificate
- 3000 hours total flight time
- Class I Medical Certificate
First Officer:
- Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Land rating and Instrument Airplane rating
- 1000 hours total flight time
- Class I Medical Certificate
Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive Hourly Rates:
- Captain: Starting at $109/hour, reaching $329.50/hour by year 9.
- Senior Captain: Automatic upgrade after year 4 (or potentially year 3 based on flight hours), starting at $317/hour.
- First Officer: Starting at $72/hour, reaching $93/hour by year 4.
- Guaranteed Minimum: 70 hours of pay per month.
- Per Diem: $59 per day (GSA rate), with meals provided on busy days.
