Montage Gold, a Toronto Stock Exchange listed gold producer, is establishing a Flight Operations Department to support its operations at the Koné gold project in Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa, a project poised to become one of the largest and highest quality gold mines in Africa. The department will initially operate a Pilatus PC-12 aircraft, with a Cessna 206 joining the fleet first, and is expected to expand with the company, potentially incorporating additional aircraft and types over time.
Montage Gold is seeking two highly motivated Pilots to join their start-up aviation team. This represents an exceptional and rare opportunity to be integral to the growth and development of a new aviation department within a mining company. These are long-term contract positions with an initial “6/3” roster (6 weeks on, 3 weeks off), progressing to a "5/4" roster after one year. Pilots will receive an attractive tax-optimised compensation package.
