Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all aviation-related positions.

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and technologies to optimize candidate outreach and engagement.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance FlyUSA's reputation as a premier aviation employer.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.
