Please note that the required Conversion Course for successful candidates is scheduled to commence at the beginning of 2026.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers, acting as an ambassador for the Marabu Airlines brand. Key duties include:

• Passenger Safety & Security: Diligently performing pre-flight safety checks, delivering clear safety briefings, and ensuring full compliance with all aviation regulations and emergency procedures.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Providing warm, professional, and attentive hospitality to ensure a comfortable and pleasant journey for all passengers.
• In-Flight Services: Managing onboard sales of products and services to enhance the passenger experience and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Working seamlessly with the flight deck and fellow cabin crew members to ensure smooth, efficient, and punctual cabin operations.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Certification: Hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
• Experience: Possess prior experience as a Cabin Crew member.
• Medical Fitness: Hold a valid aeronautical medical certificate and demonstrate the ability to swim unassisted.
• Eligibility: Have the unrestricted right to live and work in Germany and the European Union.
• Education: Have completed secondary education.
• Languages: Possess fluency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in German is welcomed, and a willingness to improve German language skills is encouraged.
• Personal Attributes: Exhibit excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility. Must be punctual, adaptable, and capable of remaining calm and effective under pressure, particularly during unexpected situations or onboard emergencies.
• Physical Requirements: Be a minimum of 18 years of age and have a minimum height of 158 cm.
• Proximity to Base: Must be able to report to the assigned home base airport (Leipzig, Nuremberg, or Hamburg) within 60 minutes at any time.
• Background: Possess a clean criminal record.
