Role Overview

Sundair is actively seeking highly qualified and motivated First Officers to join its A320 fleet, based at Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. This presents an excellent opportunity for aviation professionals to become part of a growing and dynamic airline, contributing to its mission of delivering outstanding flight experiences across a diverse network of routes.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

  • A valid FCL license (ATPL or CPL with ATPL Credit).
  • A current Medical Class 1 certificate.
  • A valid and unrestricted EU passport with a minimum validity of six months. Non-EU citizens must possess an unlimited residence permit and a valid work permit for Germany.
  • Demonstrated excellent proficiency in both German and English languages, with English at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
  • Exceptional communication skills, high flexibility, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
  • An approachable and friendly demeanor, coupled with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Profound intercultural competence.
  • Proficient swimming abilities.
  • Reliable internet access and consistent telephone accessibility.
  • A permanent residence located within a maximum of 50 km (or approximately 1 hour travel time) from the Berlin-Brandenburg operational base.
  • Highly Advantageous: An active A320 type rating and a valid ZÜP (reliability check/security clearance).

What Sundair Offers

  • Competitive remuneration for additional flight hours:
    • EUR 70.00 per block hour from the 65th block hour.
    • EUR 105.00 per block hour from the 80th block hour onwards.
