Key Responsibilities
The First Officer's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Commander in the meticulous planning and safe execution of all flight operations.
Requirements
Prospective candidates for the First Officer A320 NEO position are expected to demonstrate compliance with the following essential qualifications:
- Possession of an EASA ATPL (A) or CPL (A) with ATPL credit or MPL (A) without operator bonding.
- A valid and current A320 Type Rating.
- Proficiency in ICAO Aviation English at Level 5 or above.
- A current and valid EASA Medical Certificate Class 1.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively and collaboratively within a professional team environment.
- While specific flying hours are not strictly required, it is noted that a limited number of cadet positions are currently available.
