As the company expands, it seeks an experienced Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM) to assume a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional service and seamless onboard operations.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced SCCM currently flying on Airbus A320 family aircraft. Please note that the Conversion Course for this role is scheduled to begin at the start of 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead, mentor, and coordinate the cabin crew to ensure seamless in-flight operations and service excellence.
Mentorship and Development: Guide cabin crew members to enhance their skills, foster professional growth, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Passenger Experience Excellence: Uphold and promote the highest standards of customer service to ensure outstanding passenger comfort and satisfaction.
Safety and Compliance: Diligently conduct all pre-flight checks, manage emergency procedures effectively, and ensure strict compliance with all aviation regulations.
Onboard Sales and Promotions: Drive in-flight sales initiatives and contribute to promotional activities to enhance ancillary revenue.
Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary communication link between the flight deck and cabin crew, managing all necessary reports and incident documentation with precision.

Candidate Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum height of 158 cm.
Possession of a secondary school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
Holds a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and a valid aeronautical medical certificate.
Has the legal right to live and work in Germany and the European Union.
Fluent in both written and spoken English. All levels of German language proficiency are welcomed, and a willingness to improve German skills is encouraged.
Currently flying with a minimum of 12 months of experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member on Airbus aircraft.
Ability to reliably commute to the assigned home base airport within 60 minutes.
Demonstrated ability to swim unassisted.
Must possess a clean criminal record.
Exceptional leadership, strong communication, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and reliability.
Mandatory Documentation: Applicants must provide official documentation from their current employer’s HR department confirming SCCM rank, as well as a Block Hours confirmation letter.
