First Officer - Dassault Falcon 7X
ExecuJet Middle East invites applications for the position of First Officer - Dassault Falcon 7X within its Flight Operations division. This full-time vacancy is based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Dubai, as this position does not support a commuting contract. The First Officer will be rostered in accordance with the Flight Duty Period (FDP) Scheme.
Role Summary
The First Officer is responsible for supporting the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the Dassault Falcon 7X aircraft, adhering to all company procedures and regulatory requirements. This role requires a high level of professionalism, technical proficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
The First Officer's duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Captain in liaising with passengers or the aircraft owner regarding any aircraft defects or operational issues that may impact the schedule.
- Operating the aircraft in strict accordance with the ExecuJet Middle East Company Operations Manual (COM) or Part Operations Manual (POM), depending on the aircraft registry, including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining familiarity with the EJME COM/POM, company Operational Instructions (OIs), and the Civil Aviation regulations relevant to the aircraft's registration.
- Ensuring all required aircraft paperwork is in order before departure and verifying the aircraft's airworthiness.
- Contributing to the creation of a safe and professional on-board environment, emphasising effective Crew Resource Management (CRM).
- Assisting the Captain in ensuring the correctness of passenger travel documents before departure.
- Supporting the Captain in their ultimate responsibility for passenger safety and adherence to flight attendant instructions. When operating with an Inflight Service Provider (ISP), assisting the Captain in ensuring all briefings and cabin security checks are conducted.
- Briefing passengers on journey details, including estimated flight time, en-route weather, and potential delays.
- Ensuring personal presentation upholds the reputation and image of ExecuJet Middle East.
- Reporting any abnormalities, events, incidents, or accidents through the designated channels.
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to the business operations.

Qualifications and Experience
- Type Rated on Dassault Falcon 7X (F7X).
- Minimum of 1,500 hours total flying time.
- Demonstrated experience in Corporate / Business Aviation.
Background
- Experience in Corporate Aviation is preferred.
Languages
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Proficiency in additional languages would be considered advantageous.
IT Skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
