Requirements
In addition to strong decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold an EASA CPL(A) / IR(A) with ATPL theory credit and MCC, or an MPL (Phase 4 completed).
- Possess a Medical Class I certificate.
- Hold a valid A320 type rating.
- Have completed Advanced UPRT training according to EASA.FCL.745.
- Possess a general higher education entrance qualification or equivalent qualification.
- Be an EU citizen or hold an unrestricted residence and work permit for Germany.
- Possess a passport with unlimited validity (if not an EU passport, entry restrictions must not be stricter than with an EU passport).
- Demonstrate confident oral and written language skills in English (at least ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4).
- Candidates without additional fluency in German may be considered for selection from Q2/2024 onwards.
- Selection is based on the standards of Lufthansa City Airlines. Recognition of previous Lufthansa Group selection procedures is possible.
