In your role as a Senior Captain for Kimberly-Clark (more broadly understood as Captain), you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

As Senior Captain, you will operate corporate aircraft as pilot-in-command in a manner that provides safe and efficient air transportation for Kimberly-Clark’s leadership and other authorized passengers in achieving the corporation’s business plan.

This role operates out of the Corporate Air Transportation Hangar in Appleton, Wisconsin where you will join the Corporate Air Transportation Department and report to Kimberly-Clark’s Chief Pilot.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for flight and fly corporate aircraft in a safe, efficient, and comfortable manner to meet the needs of company personnel for dependable and convenient air transportation.
  • Serve as pilot-in-command of international trips, as scheduled.
  • Supervise another captain and, at times, a trip mechanic, on assigned flights.
  • Fly the aircraft according to the flight plan and air traffic control clearances, ensure its safe operation, and compliance with all regulations and company guidelines arrange for fuel and necessary services away from home base inform company maintenance personnel of all aircraft discrepancies and required services.
  • Conduct yourself with the highest professional standards and personal integrity through the use of effective crew resource management.
  • Develop and maintain individual flying proficiency through on-going study and periodic recurrent simulator and other training.
  • Contribute as a team member in various situations, projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the normal business of the Corporate Air Transportation department.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications :

  • 6+ years’ experience in the operation of turbine powered aircraft.
  • International flight experience.
  • Airline Transport Certificate issued by the FAA with an appropriate type rating and a First Class medical certificate.
  • Type-rated in Gulfstream 5-550 and/or Cessna Citation Sovereign.
  • Proficiency in effective crew resource management.
  • Possession of a thorough working knowledge of all laws and regulations governing the operation of aircraft in domestic and international airspace.
