This role requires a minimum of 2500 hours of total flight time. The ideal candidate will possess a First Class Medical certificate and an FAA Commercial Pilot License with an Instrument Rating. They must also hold an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit. Applicants with an R-ATP certification are preferred, requiring a minimum of 1,000 hours total time. The position necessitates a minimum of 2,500 hours total flight time, including 500 hours of turbine time.
The successful candidate will perform flight duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. This includes adherence to all procedures, limitations, and performance guidelines specific to the designated aircraft type, as assigned by the Captain. Furthermore, they will be responsible for ensuring the safe navigation of the aircraft, conducting a continuous and independent verification of the aircraft's geographical position and safe terrain clearance.
