About the Role

JetRight is seeking a qualified Captain to serve as Pilot-in-Command for its Challenger 350 aircraft operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely operation of company aircraft, meeting client travel needs with a high degree of professionalism and excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Perform all flight duties in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), company policies, and Operations Specifications.
Exercise sound judgment and decision-making for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
Assess flight environments and identify potential operational threats or errors.
Communicate effectively with crew and stakeholders.
Manage tasks to optimize crew performance and foster teamwork.
Promote a safe and collaborative cockpit environment, mentoring junior crewmembers.
Successfully complete all required company and FAA proficiency checks and training.
Maintain a professional image of JetRight.
Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multiengine class rating and English Proficiency endorsement.
Minimum 3500 hours total flight time.
Minimum 1500 hours multi-engine flight time.
Minimum 1000 hours turbine flight time.
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RR).
Current FAA First Class medical certificate.
US citizenship or valid proof of the right to work in the United States.
Current passport or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
Residence allowing for reporting to work within two hours of a dispatch call during assigned duty periods.
Must be at least 23 years old.
No reported accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions within the last three years.

Preferred Qualifications

CL-300 Type Rating.
Experience in FAR Part 91/135 flight department operations.
International operations experience.
Bachelor’s degree in an aviation- or business-related field.
Experience operating Learjet 45/75 aircraft.
