JetRight is seeking a highly skilled and professional Captain to serve as Pilot-in-Command for their Challenger 350 aircraft operations. This position, based in an unspecified location, requires a commitment to the safe, efficient, and punctual operation of company aircraft while delivering exceptional client service. The role involves significant travel, potentially up to 80% annually, with flight hours ranging from 300 to 450 per year.
About the Role
The Captain is responsible for the overall safe, efficient, and comfortable operation of company aircraft. As Pilot-in-Command, they will lead flight crews on assigned trips, ensuring client travel needs are met professionally and safely. This role demands strong communication and customer service skills, fostering a collaborative and safe cockpit environment, and mentoring junior crew members. The Captain will adhere strictly to Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, and Operations Specifications, exercising sound judgment and contributing to crucial decision-making processes for flight operations.
Requirements

Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multiengine class rating and English Proficiency endorsement.

Minimum of 3500 hours of total flight time.

Minimum of 1500 hours of multi-engine flight time.

Minimum of 1000 hours of turbine flight time.

FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RR).

Current FAA First Class medical certificate.

US citizenship or legal authorization to work in the US.

Current passport or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.

Ability to report to work within two hours of a dispatch call during assigned duty periods, requiring residence within proximity.

Minimum age of 23 years.

No recorded accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions within the last three years.
Preferred Qualifications

CL-300 Type Rating.

Experience in FAR Part 91/135 flight department operations.

Previous experience with international operations.

A Bachelor’s degree in an aviation- or business-related field.

Experience operating Learjet 45/75 aircraft.
