About the Role

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is seeking an In-Flight Retail Crew Engagement Executive to support the successful implementation of retail change initiatives within its Cabin Crew operations. This role will be based in the UK and involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure crew members are informed, engaged, and equipped to deliver new products, processes, systems, and commercial strategies. The position aims to drive continuous improvement and enhance the onboard retail experience through effective communication, project support, and regular flying duties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and timely communications for Cabin Crew regarding retail products, promotions, processes, and operational updates.
  • Support the creation of various crew communications, including memos, newsletters, briefings, presentations, digital content, and engagement campaigns.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for retail-related queries and feedback from crew members.
  • Manage retail incentive programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of new retail products, systems, processes, and commercial initiatives.
  • Support the execution of change management plans to ensure successful adoption by Cabin Crew teams.
  • Collaborate with Cabin Crew Training to develop and maintain retail training materials, guides, and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance crew engagement, sales performance, and customer experience.
  • Undertake regular flying duties to gain insight into crew challenges, customer profiles, and in-flight retail presence.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in producing engaging communications, presentations, and training materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar communications, engagement, training, retail, or aviation-related role is advantageous.
