Aviation Job Description: Cabin Crew - London Luton Airport

As a valued member of the Cabin Crew Team at London Luton Airport, the incumbent will be pivotal in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of all passengers aboard company aircraft. The individual will uphold the company's award-winning reputation by demonstrating responsibility and collaborating effectively as part of a unified team while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including an excellent on-target earnings potential of £32,000 plus, pro rata for the contract duration, encompassing a generous commission structure and additional payments for Flight Duty and Sector Pay. The responsibilities of the Cabin Crew include providing high-quality care, encompassing first aid and general passenger assistance. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all customers and colleagues throughout each flight. The Cabin Crew is expected to be actively present onboard and actively contribute to creating memorable experiences, while delivering the company’s renowned friendly customer service. They will also drive sales by promoting in-flight products through exemplary service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong dedication to exceptional customer service and demonstrate clear and engaging communication abilities. A keen awareness of safety protocols and meticulous attention to detail is essential. The individual must be highly motivated to achieve sales targets, work effectively within a team, and adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the ability to consistently fasten the crew jump seat safety harness and meet required reach standards.

These full-time, fixed-term contracts operate within a 24/7 schedule, requiring flexibility with variable working hours, including early starts and late finishes. Successful candidates must provide full employment references for the past five years and pass a satisfactory criminal record check.

To facilitate a successful career, all candidates will be required to complete a mandatory, four-week Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) approved training course, held locally to the operational base. This comprehensive training program will equip them with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in their role.
