This full-time, fixed-term contract position offers a competitive compensation package, with an excellent on-target earnings potential of £32,000 plus, pro rata, including a generous commission scheme and additional payments. The Cabin Crew Member will deliver high-quality care, including first aid and passenger assistance; ensure the safety and security of all customers and colleagues; provide friendly customer service and create positive onboard experiences; and actively promote and sell in-flight products.
Ideal candidates will possess a passion for providing excellent customer service, exhibit clear and engaging communication skills, demonstrate a strong awareness of safety protocols, possess a high level of attention to detail, and display motivation to achieve sales targets. The ability to work effectively within a team and comply with all health and safety regulations is essential. The candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including fastening the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and satisfying reach requirements.
New team members will complete a comprehensive, CAA-approved four-week training course to prepare for a successful career. A satisfactory criminal record check and the ability to provide full references for the last five years are required.
