Candidates must hold a valid UK-issued Pilot's License with a minimum ELP Level 5, a current Class One Medical with a minimum of six months validity, and a current A321 Type Rating. A minimum of 3,000 flying hours is required, of which 1,000 hours must be Command time (factorized) on type or on a similar-sized jet aircraft.
