Pilot in Command – Hawker 900XP
Jet Linx is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pilot in Command to operate a Hawker 900XP aircraft for full-time Part 91 and 135 flight operations, based in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This position requires the candidate to reside or relocate within a two-hour call-out radius of the home base.
The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, adhering to all Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command Time: 2,000 hours
- Total Time in Type (Hawker 900XP): 250 hours
- Pilot-in-Command Time in Type (Hawker 900XP): 250 hours
- Total Multi-Engine Time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine Pilot-in-Command Time: 500 hours
- Total Turbine Time: 500 hours
- Total Instrument Time: 300 hours
Essential Functions:
- Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company policies and CFRs.
- Maintain consistent communication with the company regarding standby assignments, trip details, position updates, and pre- and post-flight reports.
- Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
- Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are up-to-date.
- Maintain a current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Exhibit strong, proactive decision-making capabilities.
- Consistently demonstrate Jet Linx’s core values.
Other Requirements:
- Preferred: Initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months.
- Ability to obtain a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
- Current valid passport.
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or the ability to obtain one.
- First Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug/alcohol testing.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries.
- Ability to successfully complete an FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Majority of work is conducted within and around aircraft and airport terminals.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
