Pilot in Command – Global Express XRS

Location: Memphis, TN

Jet Linx is seeking a qualified, safety-oriented Pilot in Command (PIC) to join our team for Part 91 flight operations. The successful candidate must have access to multiple non-stop, direct flights to major hub airports daily.

Position Summary

The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company procedures.

Essential Functions

  • Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company policies and CFRs.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty, trip notifications, position calls, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
  • Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals remain current.
  • Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.
  • Exercise proactive decision-making skills in all operational scenarios.
  • Uphold and demonstrate the core values of Jet Linx in all professional interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours
  • Total PIC: 2,000 hours
  • Total Time in Type: 250 hours
  • Total PIC Time in Type: 250 hours
  • Total Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
  • Total Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
  • Total Turbine: 500 hours
  • Total Instrument: 300 hours

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • ATP certificate (or ability to obtain).
  • Current 1st Class Medical and FCC Restricted Radio License.
  • Current passport and unrestricted ability to travel to EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (including testing for marijuana, cocaine, opiates, PCP, and amphetamines) and participate in random drug/alcohol testing.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
  • Work environment consists primarily of aircraft and aircraft terminals.
  • Preferred: Initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months.
