The Airline Transport Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all assigned flights. This includes conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspections, filing flight plans, and analyzing weather and route conditions to make informed decisions. The role also involves mentoring and guiding crew members to foster professional growth, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating schedules and training to maintain seamless operations.
Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- FAA First Class Medical
- Minimum 5 years aviation experience
- Minimum 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time
- Minimum 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command
- Minimum 1,500 hours multi-engine land
- Minimum 500 hours turbojet
- Minimum 500 hours turbine
- Minimum 100 hours night
- Minimum 75 hours simulated instrument
