Position Summary
The Lead Captain serves as the Pilot in Command (PIC) for assigned flights, with ultimate responsibility for their safe and professional execution. Responsibilities
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assigned flights, including pre-flight and post-flight inspections, flight plan filing, and analysis of weather and route conditions.
Mentor and guide crew members, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate schedules and training to ensure seamless operations.
Promote a strong safety culture by adhering to best practices, conducting passenger briefings, and addressing aircraft discrepancies in collaboration with maintenance teams.
Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, assist in crew hiring, and represent Jet Aviation professionally in all interactions.
Serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing professionalism and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
FAA First Class Medical
High school diploma required
Valid driver's license
Minimum of 5 years of aviation experience
Minimum of 3,500 total fixed-wing flight hours
Minimum of 1,500 flight hours as Pilot in Command
Minimum of 1,500 multi-engine flight hours
Minimum of 500 turbojet flight hours
Minimum of 500 turbine flight hours
Minimum of 100 night flight hours
Minimum of 75 simulated instrument flight hours
Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles
Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions
Preferred Qualifications
College degree

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $300,000 to $310,000. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.
